hey there. i posted several months ago on how to treat ms naturally and everyone

was helpful. since then i have changed diet and doing different exercises gone

back to acupunture was once a week and now bi-weekly. so today i go to the

nuero for the latest results on my newest mri (6-04-09). and here's what he

said. my brain is shrinking and has considerably in the last year. i have one

lesion that is active but it is the same active one i had last year only it is

smaller yet still active. two of my previous inactive lesions did not appear on

the mri at all.it's like they dried up and went bye bye. in my cerebellum ther

are " gaps " which i am taking to mean that the ms is eating my brain.

since going off the copaxone i have gotten my body back. i have lost sixteen of

the 20 i gained (while on the injections)and still losing. my metabolic panel

is back to normal. i am sleeping. feeling awesome. i cut out dairy legumes

eggs yeast and gluten. other than these results of the mri i wouldn't even know

i have ms i don't have the fatigue i did have. i do take time out when i am

tired though but it isn't an every day omg where is the bed feeling anymore.

so my question is: should i consider another ms medicine... (yikes) i seem to be

doing so much more for my health than some of my fellow ms " friends " and they

are on medicine and they get bad results with their mri's. any kind of feedback

will be appreciated, whether it be expericences or some kind of something that

someone knows about naturally that i can add or whatever i need to do to keep my

brain intact as much as possible.. annie
