Guest guest
Holistic Menopause is celebrating it's 5th year! I'm offering an informative 6-page Q & A about bio-identical progesterone cream. Lots of good information for those of you considering it during PMS, perimenopause and/or menopause and beyond. BTW, it's great for (midlife) guys too! If you're interested, email me at: michelle and I'll send you a copy. Michelle http://www.HolisticMenopause.com

Guest guest
Hi Joan, Yes, and I am and I'm sure it's a fine product, however I also find that there isn't full disclosure on the ingredients listed anywhere. I've been in the Natural Products Industry for many years and know how frequently this is practiced. I also look for USP bio-identical progesterone. If it's not micronized, it's not bio-identical. Ray Peats describes his product as " natural progesterone " only and does not refer to the laboratory process required for true bio-identical progesterone. I personally prefer and recommend transdermal application. The Bio-identical progesterone cream I have endorsed over the last 5 years (Organic Excellence) is 100% chemical free with many beneficial certified organic herbs. It is formulated to meet the strict criteria outlined by Dr. John Lee and is made in small batches to assure quality and freshness. I don't know that about Progest E.
