Guest guest
I use a tiny bit of fennel oil on my finger mixed with a carrier oil and rub it along my neck and throat and it instantly goes away. Someone with high blood pressure should not overuse this method. And people with high blood pressure should also be very careful using baking soda. Guest guest
I would just like to thak everyone for their replies to my query. I have been trying the ACV + baking soda treatment and so far it is working well! I still need to see my Naturopath again soon though as she wanted me to have a blood test done which I forgot about doing (been too busy) so I will do that when I get back from my upcoming holiday. Will also see my Dr. and get a check up from him again and just discuss the acid reflux issue with him as well. He may be a conventional GP but he listens to me and knows that I prefer more alternative type treatments rather than chemical drugs. cheers Lyndall - " Sandrasews2 " <Sandrasews2 Thursday, June 11, 2009 11:34 PM re: acid reflux I use a tiny bit of fennel oil on my finger mixed with a carrier oil and rub it along my neck and throat and it instantly goes away.
