Guest guest
My left breast hurts me sometimes, especially when I breathe deeply. I have a scenar (zapper) that I often use on my painful joints (arthritis) and it helps very quickly. Does anyone know if using the scenar could be harmful for my breast? I do not like to have a mammogram, but I had one--just in case--and there is nothing wrong with my breasts. So, I thought I'd put the scenar on to relieve the pain in my breast.I would appreciate any comment or suggestion. Thank you, Maria
Guest guest
Dear Maria: If only one breast hurts, you better look for a doctor. It could be just the hormones, but, usually is on both breasts. In the mean time you could use hot pads, you could take primorose oil, by capsules and do not press the breast too much, because in side the breast, there are limphatic vessels carring the limpha and that needs space for circulation and to go up toward the base of your arm, the armpit, into major vessels . Massage your breast, put warm pads and see a doctor, they can touch and feel if something is wrong, look for a caring gynecologist. Guest guest
I too have times when my breasts are " painful " and I have spoken to my Dr about this, as well as the last time I had a mammogram (2 yrs ago) and both times I was assured that everything was completely normal and breast pain is nothing to be concerned about unless it is accompanied by other more serious problems such as itchiness, lumps etc. I don't know about the zapper though, I guess I would do a bit more google searching to see if you can find out more about it. cheers Lyndall - " Maria Radion " <maria.radion Saturday, June 06, 2009 7:55 AM breast pain ________________________________ My left breast hurts me sometimes, especially when I breathe deeply. Guest guest
Do you drink a lot of coffee, tea, or anything with a lot of caffeine in it? Studies have found that women who are heavy coffee drinkers experience unexplained breast pain. I know it does it for me if I try and drink over two cups a day. Do you consume a lot of Soy products? This has also been associated with breast pain due to the pseudo hormones in soy. I cannot eat soy because of it. Even a tiny handful of soy nuts will cause me intense pain in my breasts. Guest guest
I'm posting on this since I had breast pain in one breast for about three months. I went to see a Dr (alternative, holistic, but an MD) for another issue and told her about my breast as I was also worried about that. She put me on the table, face up, and reached under my back. She said " oh, you have a rib out of alignment " . A simple adjustment, and the breast pain was gone within 10 minutes....worth a try. And I worried for three months..... I hope its as easy a solution for you.. Lynn
Guest guest
Hello Maria, I used to have severe lumpy breasts with pain. All kinds of lumps and bumps in both breasts. After trying many things over a period of 5 years, I found that Beta Carotene will keep the lumps away. Beta Carotene is vegetable Vitamin A. It is said to be NOT toxic like the other form of Vitamin A. I took one 25,000 IU's of Beta Carotene each day. It is just one gel cap. It softened those lumps and eliminated them. From time to time my left one still begins to get a lump in it. I take the Beta Carotene and very gently massage the lump and away it goes. If you try this remedy be sure to use Beta Carotene Vitamin A, not the regular Vitamin A. Hope this does the job for you. It is so simple, yet took me so long to find. So I hope you don't have to go thru what I did. To your good health, Chris , Maria Radion <maria.radion wrote: ________________________________ > My left breast hurts me sometimes, especially when I breathe deeply.
