Get the original text from the Ohsawa Foundation as some newer editions have been bowdlerized. Read 'Acid and Alkaline' by Ohsawa's student Herman Aihara. A normal vegetarian diet is not likely to cause ovarian cysts. Those who get them start to produce male hormones.
