Arthritis is a meat eater's disease. Skeletal remains from the ice age (when

there were no plants to eat), show arthritic deformity. The best treatment

results are from the European fasting clinics.

Is this a generalisation, or are there pockets of the population

which may have adapted? I ask only because my German side of the

family lives to old ages (late 80s, 90s) and very few of them suffer

from arthritis, and nearly all are heavy meat eaters (I don't mean

fat, just that they eat lots of meat).
