DELICIOUS RECIPE TO REMOVE HEAVY METALS

Heavy metal poisoning is rampant. It is a major cause of hormonal

imbalances, cancer, thyroid problems, neurological disturbances, learning

problems, depression, food allergies, parasites, etc. etc. This is a great

recipe that is not only easy to make but also really yummy! It is truly a

healing food. One friend suffering from high blood pressure due mercury

poisoning had her blood pressure return to normal after eating 2 teaspoons

of this pesto daily for only a week. So whether you need to detoxify heavy

metals from your body or just wish to use it as a preventative measure, 2

teaspoons a day is all you need to take. This pesto has now become a regular

in my diet. Enjoy!

CORIANDER CHELATION PESTO

4 cloves garlic

1/3 cup Brazil nuts (selenium)

1/3 cup sunflower seeds (cysteine)

1/3 cup pumpkin seeds (zinc, magnesium)

2 cups packed fresh coriander (cilantro, Chinese parsley) (vitamin A)

2/3 cup flaxseed oil

4 tablespoons lemon juice (vitamin C)

2 tsp dulse powder

Bragg's liquid aminos

Process the coriander and flaxseed oil in a blender until the coriander is

chopped. Add the garlic, nuts and seeds, dulse and lemon juice and mix until

the mixture is finely blended into a paste. Add a squirt of Bragg's to taste

and blend again. Store in dark glass jars if possible. It freezes well, so

purchase coriander in season and fill enough jars to last through the year.

Coriander has been proven to chelate toxic metals from our bodies in a

relatively short period of time. Combined with the benefits of the other

ingredients, this recipe is a powerful tissue cleanser. Two teaspoons of

this pesto daily for three weeks is purportedly enough to increase the

urinary excretion of mercury, lead and aluminum, thus effectively removing

these toxic metals from our bodies. We can consider doing this cleanse for

three weeks at least once a year. It is delicious on toast, baked potatoes

and pasta.

I would be very gracious if you share that recipe. I'm still trying to find

the other herb when I hopefully find it I'll share the info. And on the

pesto do you need to do a fast to make it more effective? Thanks Corrine

No, I'm sorry, I can't. I just quoted the article and don't know any more

about it than that. Maybe someone else here does, though....

Heavy metals are things like lead, mercury, etc. that

you get from air, unclean water, etc. and parasites

are living organisms that invade your blood and organs

and live and multuply there. I guess you have to get

rid off both of those to be healhy.

The all-new My - What will yours do?

Yes, getting rid of both is necessary for optimum health. However,

the articles said: " Heavy metal poisoning is rampant. It is a major

cause of hormonal imbalances, cancer, thyroid problems, neurological

disturbances,learning problems, depression, food allergies,

parasites, etc. "

So my question is how can heavy metal poisoning be a major cause of

parasites?

I guess parasites can live and multiply better in the

heavy metal environment.

Perhaps. Maybe the heavy metals depresses our immune systeme enough

that it can't kill off the parasites. I understand we pick them up

all the time, but supposedly the body is capable of dealing with it

unless it is weak.

Yes. That is right. I guess we pick them up

everywhere. I have seen what I was told were parasites

by looking into my blood live. I was told I did not

have too many though so I did not do anything.
