Candida overgrowth

I have been doing some research on Candida overgrowth,I am sure that

i have it.I have all of the symptoms,and i have had chronic sinus

infection for 4yrs now.The first year,i had to take antibiotics,9

different kind.A few of them for 3 months at a time.Does anyone know

of herbs that i can take to get rid of the overgrowth of yeast????

I find that Cranberry juice although it has a horrid metallic taste seems to work wonderfully for yeast infections. Hope it wlps

Hello Christia, I had that problem a couple of years

ago. There's several different methods used to treat

or even cure the bad bacteria. I'm only going to list

the easier methods but if you want the harder---I mean

fasting to a certain diet for 20 days then I will

share that too, but you have to ask for that one.

Buy some organic coconut oil and take about two or

three tbsp daily(digest), also h202 is extremely

effective!!!! This was the main source that I used.

But make sure you get food grade h202, go by the

directions. To use on the skin make a lotion from the

coconut oil then adding garlic powder stirring until

at desired thickness. You can add Tea Tree oil to the

lotion but the SMELL is extremely powerful and very

very very hard to get rid of.

I don't know your problem so please research and get

advise from the methods up above, before trying. Just

to make sure that it does not effect you and your

problem, considering that you took that many different

kinds of antibiotics. I would suggest colloidal silver

but that will neutralize the antibiotics, so just read

up on the colloidal before even thinking about taking

it. And at last you will have to get the good bacteria

back into your system if you ever want a normal
