Guest guest
Hello All! I hope everyone is well! My question regards all the talk about the benefits of cayenne. I seem to remember Doc writing something a while back about using different peppers. Now, is cayenne a generic, umbrella term? I was under the impression that it was a specific pepper. All peppers have a certain amount of capsaicin (I forget what the measuring units are called), so theoretically, if one were to eat LOTS of jalapenos, would this have the same beneficial effects? Or must it always be " cayenne " ? Have a wonderful day!! Jamie Lynn Mail - now with 250MB free storage.
