Guest guest
I just wanted to make sure that my soaking method was effective for eliminating the enzyme inhibitors that Doc speaks about. I soak organic whole brown rice in a jar for 12-24 hours, like I do wheat, but I never see any sprouting on the rice like I do the wheat. Could someone confirm if what I am doing is effective or let me know if something could be wrong? Thanks, mountainlady
Guest guest
Hi Mountainlady, Yes, sounds right, as long as you're doing the rinsing for another 12 hrs or so. Rice will not develop " tails " .
