Guest guest
Since I am new to this group perhaps I should tell you a little about myself. I have recently adopted a vegetarian diet, although I have been dabbling in the herbal / organic / nutrition fringes since I was a young sprout ( in my 20's - - I am now 61 ). At this point, I seem to feel best as a fishy vegetarian, and prefer sticking with the organic. I have been drinking organic apple cider vinegar with water on a daily basis, and believe this habit helps keep at bay a bursitis problem in one knee. Before the a.c. vinegar routine was begun, my knee had swollen to the point that I was beginning to limp and it was uncomfortable to bend it. I am curious about the posts referring to some concoction called " panther p - - " ? What exactly is it? What is it supposed to do for a person health-wise? I gather it is some kind of blackstrap molasses - a.c. vinegar combination ? Have been enjoying the posts for about a week now, as this group seems to interact very well, to stick to facts without fantasy and to be generally well informed. Thank you in advance for information on the panther question! - serenitystx
Guest guest
Welcome aboard Serentitystx! I, too, am a newbie to this group and I am so very glad to have joined! There is a wealth of knowledge in the Files link. Look in the folder Doc Ian Shillington ND. It has all of the recipes and health tips. You are right that Panther P@#$ is a combination of Organic Apple Cider Vinegar and Black Strap Molasses. I found your Devil's Claw tinture results very interesting as I am a fan of this herb, but I have never used it in tincture form. I would also like to second your opinion about the integrity of the members of this group and the quality of information provided. I was a lurker for quite some time and have been very impressed with the information presented in this forum.
