Guest guest
Hi I am Cindy and I joined this list a while ago but this is my first post. I suppose you could say I have been lurking - LOL I think I need to adjust something that I am doing. I apologise for the long post but I though I would tell you a bit about me and then a list of my symptons to see if their is something I should be addressing I'm 32, in a great relationship, have a job I hate but tolerate because I am studyinf a Bach of Science/Law and also doing a diploma of animal naturopathy. My long term goal is animal naturopathy and working with animals so my job whilst boring does not bother me too much as it allows me freedom to study and still afford my mortgage :- ) I have a couple of dogs and a cat and we also take in foster dogs for rescue organisations - mainly focusing on alaskan malamutes and northern breeds. I live in a coastal region in NSW Australia - about 100 km's from Sydney so I am not in a city as such - suburbia I suppose you would call it Sorry about that longwinded description of my life but it thougth that might be relevant to my symptons. About 4 motnhs ago i was diagnosed with endometriosis and underwent surgery to remove it. I also have Polycystic ovaries. In the last 12 months i have gone from being very fit and healthy to being about 22 kilos overweight (i think that's about 50 pounds?). I did quit smoking last year thinking this would help my energy levels but it hasn't. I go through stages where I have no energy at all and feel quite down. Coul probably stay in bed all day if i could. I have developed eczema which started on the insides of my fingers and has spread to my knees and down my legs. I have no sex drive at all - my poor fiancee! My ankles ache when i get out of bed in the morning , they feel stiff but then after a bit they areOK. If i leave my office and go outside my eyes really hurt in sunlight. My brain is foggy - I try and concentrate and my mind wanders all over the place. I also find that I am forgetting things - say like the names of pets that I had in my early 20s or the name of a movie i watched 3 nights ago! This worries me a lot because I am doing a lot of study that I love and what ever is wrong with me I do not want it to affect my future goals. I love naturopathy and the body and animals - I guess I am trying to tell you that the brain fog and inability to concentrate is what has driven me to post this My diet is OK - i drink a lot of herbal tea and water. Eat fresh fruit and veges. I'm not vegetarian. I would decribe my diet as very healthy with very minimal junk food. I do drink coffee every day I'm not sure what else I should tell you. I have been looking for a naturopath but it is diffciult to find a good one where I live. I'd really appreciate any comments that anyone has and thank you for taking the time to read this Cindy
Guest guest
Hi Cindy- Your best bet here is to call Doc and request his free CD and then do his free consultation. You have a lot of different things going on which can all be taken care of, but it is going to require a lifestyle change and a real commitment. There is a total body cleanse program that Doc would probably put you on. It is a 4 week detox for your body and it works wonders. You can read about it in the files section of this list. I am currently doing it right now and I think it is great. My energy level has fluctuated a bit but overall I feel good. The program is designed to minimize 'healing' reactions while doing a powerful cleanse of the body. So I hope this helps....write back, let me know what you think.... Guest guest
Hi Cindy, Welcome to the group! The responses I've seen to you are right on - you need to detox. Is your diet organic? Also, there may be environmental toxins in your area that you're not aware of. It's not possible to be on this planet and not accumulate toxins. It's just what we've done to this planet. Each body can only tolerate so much and then it starts protesting. For some it's in their 20s or 30s or 40s, but it happens to each of us. I'd start on the Total Nutrition right away if I were you. Also the Panther Piss and Vitamin E. Then look at the body cleanse and plan out when you can start that. You (and your finacee!) will be glad you did! LOL!! Guest guest
Thank you everyone for your responses. It sounds like I need to make a lot of changes. My diet is organic where possible but because i am in suburbia it is not always possible to buy organic produce. I will also get rid of the coffee and start reading. I did go and look at the files section but i could not locate any files called total nutrition or panther piss? Should i be looking somewhere else? Thank you again for all of your time! herbal remedies , " Kelli Bever " <kelli@c...> wrote: > > Hi Cindy, > > Welcome to the group! > > The responses I've seen to you are right on - you need to detox. Guest guest
Thank you! I have found the file and will start as soon as possible. I thought that I would start with the Total Nutrition formula and the Total Body cleanse. I'm also going to have some thyroid tests done at the suggestion of another member. I have more questions though that I hope you may be able to help with.. So far I have been unable to source in Australia some of the ingredients these are Norwegian Seeweed Powder, Beetroor powder, Spinach leaf powder, Roships powder, orange peel poweder and lemon peel powder? Can i substitute any of these ingredients and still get the same benefits? Also what is MSM? Many thanks Cindy herbal remedies , " Lori " <tootstl> wrote: > > > Hi Cindy, > > To find the formula for Total Nutrition, Panther Piss and all of Doc > Ian's other formulas simply go to the Files link and then open the > folder that says Ian Shillington, ND, it contains all of the formulas > mentioned in the posts. Guest guest
MSM(Methylsulfonylmethane) is a biologically active form of the essential mineral sulfur. It is purported to be effective in keeping joints moving freely and also to benefit the hair, skin and nails. I, too, am having a problem finding the same ingredients you mentioned for the TN formula. I will put out a new post asking for help on suppliers. Warm regards, Lori herbal remedies , " cindyelwyn " <cindyelwyn> wrote: > > > Thank you! > > I have found the file and will start as soon as possible.
