If it takes you a week to get up to two drops wellllllllll, then so be it. The Cayenne opens all the blood vessels in the eye and gets the nutrients where they need to go. Of course the DMSO also makes all the biochemicals of the herbs more absorbable as well, so it will sting a bit more because of the DMSO. Sorry about that, but there's no alternative and you just need to be brave and grin and bear it. This is the most effective eye treatment I've ever used, and it has corrected, Glaucoma, Cataracts, Floaters, Shortsightedness, and Farsightedness. This is one of my magical formulas. You want to use it once at night before bed time. After you get used to this (and you will if you persist), you'll then want to use it once in the morning as well. Do not put a drop from the bottle directly in your eye as this is intense. You'll be dancing for 30 to 45 minutes.
