Guest guest
I have bought bulk Cayanne at Whole Foods. The thing is that it is hot, I buy the capsuls from Whole Foods. Sharon
Guest guest
Ken, Do you have a healthfood grocery store anywhere near you? They will most likely have bulk Cayenne in their spice department. If you are in the country, order online - i.e. herbalcom.com. The regular grocery store should have it in the spice department (not sure about the quality or freshness there, however). Sometimes the grocery has a mexican foods department they will have another section of spices there and you'll most likely find a " hot " variety there. Hope this helps. I haven't taken Cayenne, so I'm supposing that the culinary variety (if fresh and of good quality) is what we're talking about here. Guest guest
Go to a health food store. Usu. less than $1/oz! You'll be amazed at the mark-up in grocery stores! (Buy it loose, not bottled.)
