Help please. I have been living with and without cancer since 1971. I keep

that

disease at bay by eating healthy foods which build up my immune system to fight

that disease.

Now I have been reading all about brocolli and brocolli sprouts. Now how do I

sprout brocolli seeds? Any advice?

Thanks,

Charles L. Kaldahl

Hi Charles,

I don't know about your question, but I would advise you to get Doc's lecture, listen to it, and use your free consult with him. I just know he could help you handle this terminatedly!

love

Lisa

We eat them in salads all the time. Sprout the way you would sprout any other "sprouts". Soak in water and change water daily, etc. I'm sorry I can't be more specific; that is one of my hubby's kitchen duties, LOL.

I know there is an issue with broccoli it has an thyroid inhibiting

enzyme this is way you need to

cook them partially to kill this enzyme. Do broccoli sprouts have this

and in greater quantity ?
