Guest guest
Help please. I have been living with and without cancer since 1971. I keep that disease at bay by eating healthy foods which build up my immune system to fight that disease. Now I have been reading all about brocolli and brocolli sprouts. Now how do I sprout brocolli seeds? Any advice? Thanks, Charles L. Kaldahl

Guest guest
We eat them in salads all the time. Sprout the way you would sprout any other "sprouts". Soak in water and change water daily, etc. I'm sorry I can't be more specific; that is one of my hubby's kitchen duties, LOL.
