Guest guest
Hi everyone I have a question about the Huff and Puff formula. I made some and have been taking for about three weeks twice a day now. (has done my lungs a world of good) Do I have to stop taking it for a while like I do the Echinacea then restart it? Or can I just keep taking it everyday? Thanks! Many Blessings Lynn
Guest guest
Hi Lynn, I don't think there is any reason you need to stop taking the Huff 'n Puff. Echinacea is the only one I know that the body needs a break from. I like Huff 'n Puff myself. Glad it's working out so well for you! Guest guest
Thanks Kelli. Yeah, I'm glad it's working too. I don't have to take inhalers anymore for the asthma. I would hate how they would make my heart race after taking them. No more. I just made a new batch about a month ago so I'm in good supply for the winter months. Thanks again dear. Guest guest
Hi there, I love hearing about folks who got off of western meds/treatments for asthma. I, myself, had asthma so bad that my MD had me nebulizing three times daily, I had inhalers, and three different medications, all of which kept me awake each night, made me jittery and woozy and seemed to not really help my breathing to the point it improved, it merely maintained a status quo. I started having acupuncture and learned lots about the lungs and grief and sorrow. Part of the treatment was to induce grieving. I had lost my dad to cancer the year before and developed asthma right after that. So in the beginning it was treating the emotional aspect while treating the symptoms and other energy channels that were weaken by it. I took 2 different medications that worked really well. They were both put out by Health Concerns and they are not available on the shelf, only through acupuncturists and other alternative practitioners. The maintenance med I took on a daily basis was called Ginseng & Gecko and contained a complex Chinese herbal formula which included the 2 items in the name for but lots more. When my condition would become acute, as I often developed asthmatic bronchitis in that period, I took another Health Concerns formula called Clear Air. This really worked well in acute situations. I began taking the Chinese meds when my western prescriptions ran out. I took a leap of faith and chose eastern medicine. It worked with flying colors. Since then I have recovered from my asthma, and now even manage to stop bronchitis before it starts with acupuncture treatments. Guest guest
The Huff 'n Puff is a tincture of lobelia and mullein. I'll see about posting the formula tonight.
