Infections

I just had an experience dealing with an infection and am really impressed with the results and wanted to pass it on. I have some bad gum problems and try to keep it in check but it sometimes flares up and it isn't fun. A few days ago I woke up with a very swollen gum, red, inflamed, painful. It freaked me out, as the last time I had this I had to go to a periodontist and get a deep scaling which cost a fortune. I decided to take matters into my own hands and I began taking every herb and supplement I could come up with, and take them often! I used tinctures of myrhh, goldenseal (as a rinse but also drank it mixed in water), Vit. C, CoQ10, echinacea, Pau D'arco...every infection fighter I could get my hands on but results were slow. Then I read about how bentonite clay goes through the entire body sucking out infections from every nook and cranny. It is suggested to take a tbsp. twice a day. I had some liquid bentonite clay and yesterday drank a tbsp. every 2-3 hours!!! Literally overnight the swelling redness and pain were just about gone. This stuff is amazing for infections. It seems to me that it's something we all should have in our medicine cabinet "just in case".

Hi Gloria :)

Happy new year everyone!! So about this bentonite clay... :) I'm

trying to kill off what we (my doctor and I) think (but don't know for

sure) is a fungal ear infection (fungal because I've had this for

years and my body probably would've killed off a viral or bacterial

infection by now). Could I take this clay stuff internally for that

too? Do you (or anyone else, feel free to chime in too :) ) think I've

got a shot at clearing this ear thing up with this stuff too?

Thanks in advance! :)

Blessings,

I've had great sucess in clearing up long time ear issues with this. as far as the clay goes - if it doesn't clear your ear up I'm sure it will fix anything else wrong with you that you didn't know about! :)

Garlic is a great infection fighter and that was one of the herbs I was using. The clay just the one thing that blew the infection out overnight. I was later talking to a friend who swears by bentonite clay. She said she has had it cure chronic urinary infections (BAD ones) and just about everything else. She calls it "gold in a bottle". I also know someone who put it in their child's infected ear overnight (liquid bentonite such as Vit-Ra-Tox and secure it with a cotton ball) and the infection was gone the next morning.

Hi Jeni - Laura

I'm really really new to this list - even so - I wanted to toss in my

$.02 -

have you tried garlic oil yet? I mean the make your own kind with

several cloves of garlic in a bottle of olive oil and the whole thing

sits on your counter for a few weeks. I've had great sucess in

clearing up long time ear issues with this. as far as the clay goes -

if it doesn't clear your ear up I'm sure it will fix anything else

wrong with you that you didn't know about! :)

This is so timely. I was just discussing what could be done about

ear infections yesterday with a friend who is suffering from one. I

passed this information on to her.
