Guest guest
> The latest combo of them is > neurontin, atenolol, and fluoexetine. <SNIP> Hi Sarah, I am sorry that you are having such difficulties. I am currently taking Neurontin....and I've not had those problems you described. Perhaps an allergy? Maybe taking too high of a dosage?? Not sure. Some folks just cannot take some medications.....I know there are many that I cannot take. <shrug> Anyway, I can tell you that Valerian Root or Kava Kava will help with the restlessness you are experiencing....I don't know if they are safe during pregnancy or not.....can't remember off the top of my head at this point. St. John's Wort will help with any remaining depression you might be encountering....and I believe it's supposed to help with headaches, if I remember correctly. Hopefully someone else will chime in here. Did the doctors rule out sleep apnea during your sleep study? Sounds like that might be part of the problem as well....but then again, I am not a doctor, nor do I play one on TV. <grin> It just sounds alot like the things I encountered before they found that I do have sleep apnea. If you will do a search on the net, you can find out pretty much anything you want to find out about the herbs I listed above. Check several websites. Check out some herb books from the library. I am sure that you will find something that will help you. There are many formulas and such in the files section on , perhaps you need to do a cleanse. I don't know. I'm fairly new here myself, and I haven't done a cleanse yet. Still trying to talk myself into it. I've been trying to eat healthfully, and exercise, and I am just taking it one day at a time. So, I am sure that I will try a cleanse soon. Perhaps after the 1st of the year. Hope this helped you a bit, and I do sympathize completely. I have suffered from migraines and the sleep thing for many years. I was just diagnosed with Sleep Apnea a few months back....and I still haven't found anything that totally gets rid of the migraines, but they seem to be better most of the time. Take care!
