Guest guest
Kelli, You mentioned below that the Total Nutrition Formula doesn't need much supplementation, but what would be recommended? I've been taking a whole food general vitamin, a whole food B complex, an iron supplement (because I tend towards anemia), chromium, and Chaste Tree Berry (which seems to balance out my pre-menopausal body). I just got everything to make the formula and I don't want to take more than necessary. Thanks. Guest guest
Hi Karen, I'm not expert on all the supplements that you mention, but what I take in addition to my Total Nutrition is 500 - 1000 mg Vit B1, 800 - 1200 IU Vit E, CoQ-10 and MSM. These are essentially the same supplements I took on the Total Body Cleanse, and I've just continued it. With the Total Nutrition I know for sure that you can drop out the general vitamin (not absorbed well by the body anyway), the B complex (the ingredients of the Total Nutrition have plenty!), and the chromium (also in the TN). For the iron supplement, I'd recommend the Panther Piss. Much more absorbable by the body and has a LOT of other good nutrients as well. Be sure to take 400 IU Vit E for every tbsp of PP you take per day (take 2-3 tbsp per day). So, it looks to me like you can have a wonderful breakfast drink of Total Nutrition, have some Panther Piss, Vit E and your chaste tree berry, and be set! Guest guest
Thanks. This helps. I will add that by taking " whole food " vitamins that the body does absorb them- forget the synthetics. Standard Process is difficult to find sometimes and expensive, but one of the few supplements brands that I trust. I would gladly drop them for an effective and more affordable option. herbal remedies , " Kelli Bever " <kelli@c...> wrote: > > Hi Karen, > > I'm not expert on all the supplements that you mention, but what I take > in addition to my Total Nutrition is 500 - 1000 mg Vit B1, 800 - 1200 IU > Vit E, CoQ-10 and MSM.
