Guest guest
I recently was diagnosed with bronchitis and have been taking medicine. I have also been taking Ecinacea, Zinc, Vitamin C as well as the medicine prescribed by my doctor. But there is one problem that remains, I have a hard time sleeping due to the rasping in my lungs when I relax. Is there anything that could help me take care of this? Guest guest
When Brock got really sick, the time I used the garlic wrap he sounded like he was going to drown if he lay down. So I'd say garlic. Garlic cleans out mucous really fast. Do the garlic wrap on yourself before you go to sleep; that's what I'd do anyways. Guest guest
Fenugreek and Thyme is wonderful for bronchitis--lemon balm, skullcap, passionflower or valerian helps with sleep. Guest guest
I second that on the Fenugreek. If you get fenugreek seed tea and drink it a few times a day it really helps with congestion. Also make sure to have clean air to breathe and clean water to drink, and don't let the house get too dry - if the air is really dry it can irritate the lungs and throat. Guest guest
Hi Patricia, Trouble breathing = take lobelia. That's me, anyway. Others have made some good suggestions as well. To handle this fully, however, you should start some serious cleansing. Take a look through the files at the Total Body Cleanse information.
