Guest guest
Thanks! After I posted I read were echinacea is an herb that one needs a break from. Three weeks on, one week off, so it says in the files So, maybe I'll mix up three weeks worth for her at a time. I appreciate the responses. I'm also wondering if someone could help me choose a SMALL vegetable juicer. (very small kitchen space) I know many on this list do the jucing, so I thought asking might save me a lot of research and trials and tears. thanks! tang herbal remedies , " Kelli Bever " <kelli@c...> wrote: > Since the two are already " tinctured " , I suspect there wouldn't be a > problem with mixing them in advance. Guest guest
Hi Tang, There have been a lot of discussions on juicers of preference. Search the archives. A lot of it depends on what you want to use it for - some won't do wheat grass for instance. There are also different levels of cleaning required, so you need to determine your tolerance level for that. My recommendation is to get a GOOD JUICER and just find room in your kitchen for it. Since good, organic juices are so much better for you than anything cooked, maybe you can donate some old cooking things to make storage room! LOL!
