Intracostal sprains

I am not the only person who gets repeated intracostal (between the

ribs) sprains. I'm always looking for the impossible, and herbs

seldom let me down. (We cured an " incurable " fungal infection

systemically with echinacea, for instance.)

To date, the only thing that helped my mother -- now deceased -- with

intracostal sprains, as well as myself with the same thing, has been

comfrey. A comfrey root- or leaf- poultice certainly accelerates

healing time. I'm looking for the cause of connective tissue

disorders or, if not the cause, something that will alleviate the

symptoms.

Hi,

I don't know a direct answer for your question, but I believe that if

the body is in the peak of health it can take the wear and tear we give

it daily much more easily. For example, when cleansing, or simply eating

well (all organic, mostly raw), I never seem to need a chiropractic

adjustment. When I let my diet slip, even for a day, I am much more

prone to " throwing my back out " or " wrenching my neck " . Yes, I can get

an adjustment, but then it'll go out again if I don't handle the true

cause of the problem which was my diet, and not some strange movement I

did as I used to think.

So, that leads me to wonder what condition you're in health-wise that

leaves you prone to the intracostal sprains? What is your diet like? How

much cleansing (if any) have you done?

Best,

Kelli
