Guest guest
Hey everyone! Happy Holiday season. It's been a really long time since I've posted. I've started the Alive Academy program for Health and Nutrition. I finished the Herbs part (I got a 96%) and now I'm working on anatomy (it's really tough!) Anyway, I have always loved miso soup, and I know whenever I was sick before, if I drank some, I would get a burst of energy and start to feel more clear headed and normal. I have started drinking miso everyday, and I have replaced almost all of my coffee with miso instead. How does everyone feel about miso? I like to add kombu and sprinkle dulse in my soup, and add many raw veggies to the bowl. Yummy! I have found that my mood is much better and my skin and hair has improved too. Anyway, I hope everyone is doing great, lots of smiles to all of you.
Guest guest
I tend to avoid miso due to the soybean content. Guest guest
There are many different varieties of Miso... brown rice, and white rice and barley for example. I really like the red miso, which is a mix of barley and brown rice. herbal remedies , " Kelli Bever " <kelli@c...> wrote: > > I tend to avoid miso due to the soybean content. > > Kelli
Guest guest
Yeah, I tend to avoid enzyme inhibitors as well, so the rice and barley varieties wouldn't work either. I'd have to make it at home from sprouted grains/rice which I haven't done yet.
