Guest guest
Hi, I'm new o the group and have come looking for information to try and help a friend of mine who refuses to go to the doctor saying she rather die first She is having problems with muscle cramps, swollen ankles (water retention), is grossly overweight, despite dieting and light exercise, is not losing weight, and is having some shortness of breath. I have recommended she start with dandilion tea made from both leaf and root, but either one is difficult to get hold of in it's natural form, I can however get it in teabags has anyone got any suggestions about other teas and herbs she could add to her diet that may help, and does anyone know where I can get fresh, or at least dried herbs around the reading area of PA. Thanx in advance.
Guest guest
Email Doc privately and ask for his free tape lecture. Have your friend listen to it, and then call Doc for a free consultation. This lecture will help her make the necessary nutritional changes. Most likely the Total Body Cleanse will be recommended by Doc, possibly as well as other herbal remedies. love Lisa - flip19533 herbal remedies Saturday, December 11, 2004 4:17 PM Herbal Remedies - Hi new member Hi, I'm new o the group and have come looking for information to try and help a friend of mine who refuses to go to the doctor saying she rather die first She is having problems with muscle cramps, swollen ankles (water retention), is grossly overweight, despite dieting and light exercise, is not losing weight, and is having some shortness of breath. Guest guest
Hi, And welcome to the group! I'm sorry for my late response, but Lisa already pointed you in the right direction - Doc's free lecture and a consult. I wanted to point out that your friend sounds like she's got multiple problems going on. A change of diet can put her on the right path until she can do the Total Body Cleanse and get her body less toxic. Diet-wise, I would recommend mostly raw fruits and veggies (organic, of course) and minimize dairy and meat (which, if eaten, should only be organic). Cut out alcohol and sugar completely. For supplements, I would recommend the Total Nutrition and Panther Piss. Look through the group files which will give you info on why I'm suggesting these changes and the recipes for the supplements. It is good that your friend won't go to the medical doctor though!!
