Guest guest
I am still looking for a good source for nutritional yeast powder. Since moving a year ago, I can no longer find it in the store, and my efforts at ordering on-line have been a flop: Twin Labs puts unwelcome additives in their yeast, and NOW's product is a funny brownish color that may have been damaged from high heat. Today I searched again for a place to order yeast, without any further success. I located one very expensive product from Lewis Labs ($24 for 2 lbs of brewer's yeast powder); however, after my failures with my last two efforts, I hesitate to order something so pricey I'm not familiar with. Could someone please recommend a source for yeast powder? I am able to find yeast flakes at a reasonable price. Somehow I've had the impression that nutritional yeast powder is more than just ground yeast flakes. Any information on this would also be appreciated! Thank-you, Tyrie
