Guest guest Posted December 10, 2004 Report Share Posted December 10, 2004 Hi Everyone, Just wanted to share something - I've noticed a lot of talk about weight loss and calories in recent posts. I am just now on my last day of Doc's program and I have lost 10 pounds of very " difficult " weight. I dropped 1 pants size and hope to drop a little more. I lost 5 pounds of water weight (toxins) just on the liver cleanse. The funny thing is that now I'm keeping it off. I have discovered that two things are immensely important - exercise and drinking enough water. I used to have his misconception that if you didn't eat high protein foods like meat, you would not have enough energy to do a lot of exercising. Well, I have discovered actually that the opposite is true. The more raw, enzyme-filled veggies and most importantly the more WATER you drink, the longer you can exercise keeping your heart rate down and the more you actually want to exercise.
