You add 2 dropperfuls per pint - 4 dropperfuls per quart, etc, etc.

You want to tincture your Black Walnut Hull in ACV.

I added this to goose up the strength of the Formula. BWH is loaded full of Organic Iodine which works directly on the Thyroid which strengthens the metabolism. This creates better assimilation of all nutrients. Make your BWH Tincture separately from the rest of the mixture and add it after it has perked for two weeks or more.

Keep looking for the organic BSM and you'll find it eventually, but don't let that stop you. Use what you have to begin with, without giving up the search for the organic. Tree of Life does make an organic brand as far as I know.

You're most welcome for the site and the help. We have a great bunch of Moderators who truly do care.

My schedule doesn't permit me to post too often anymore, but I do chime in once in a while on general questions when I get the chance.

Much Love,

Doc

PS. Yes, that Lemon Egg Formula is awesome. Just shows to go ya that some of the best things in life are the simplest.

PPS. As I am fond of repeating; you'll never hurt yourself with natural healing techniques even though you may feel uncomfortable at times. LOL :-)

Herbal Remedies - Question for Doc re: BWHulls

Hi Doc, I posted 2 weeks ago, but no one was able to help, so am asking the source! :-) How much Black Walnut Hull is added to PP recipe for osteoporosis support? [i bought Gaia brand alcohol free drops 1,000 mg/ml equivalency - minimum fresh her strength ratio 1:1] I have made PP before but never saw the BWH in the recipe...is this specifically for osteo? I cannot fine organic Blackstrap Molasses in any of the 4 health food stores in my area, so am using "Tree of Life" brand - all brands say "unsulphured", is that O.K.? Also made the Lemon egg & suprisingly it is NOT tart...very "creamy" tasting, guess the calcium from the egg cuts the tartness. Thanks so much for this great site & ALL the help I get here. Hi Doc,

Sorry I am just getting back to you; I was out of town for 4 days.

Thank you for the correct amount information. Would this be the same

for commercially purchased BWHulls. I bought Gaia brand alcohol free

drops 1,000 mg/ml equivalency - minimum fresh her strength ratio 1:1

Blessings, Myrna

P.S. I'm still on the lookout for organic molasses :-)
