Guest guest
The cold/flu prevention measures I recommend to people include the Total Nutrition, Total Tonic, Panther Piss, and good nutrition in general. Additionally, there is Echinacea which can be used as a prevention or when you're actually coming down with something. Plus, Vitamin C and raw fruit/veggie juices. The point with this, of course, is to get your body the things that it needs to HEAL rather than stopping symptoms. Guest guest
Total Tonic and Echinacea. Total Tonic: Garlic, Horseradish, Ginger and Onion (preferably white) in equal parts in a base of Apple Cider Vinegar. I add 1/2 to 1 habenero pepper to each blender full. Blend all of this up and let sit (shaking it frequentlly each day) and use. Ecinacea: HArder to get but the root is thoroughly washed and blended up in a base of 100 proof alcohol. There is further data on this in the member files and they are more exact on how to make everything. Anyway get with Doc and he can put you in touch with where to get these.
