Garlic will permanently bring it down over the long run.

Cayenne will bring it down immediately and should be used with the Garlic.

The Garlic should be raw.

Cut the clove in half, lengthwise with the grain, dip it in Olive Oil and down the hatchet.

You can also stick a half clove where the sun don't shine as a suppository. Works great that way. :-)

The best for cayenne is the tincture. Works fast that way, and will bring a HBP down immediately.

As you have suggested below, we take Garlic on a regular basis, both raw and indeed in a lot of our cooked food (as well as other herbs & spices). However, my wife has HEPC, and was wondering how much on a daily basis is a safe dose?. We also think she may have an adrenal problem (blood tests are taking place as we speak), in that she has an extremely low blood pressure, has both blackouts, fainting and bad sizzy spells, even if she is lying down, worse if she gets up from even a sitting position. Any advise would be appreciated.

Kind regards

Dear Karen,

Your question is not funky at all.

As a matter of fact, it is an excellent question.

The more toxic you are, the more you stink with Garlic.

If you are less toxic or not toxic at all, you can eat it by the truck load and hardly stink at all.

The same test is applicable to DMSO.

Doc

That explains it. The person who was supposedly " aromatic " from the

garlic was very toxic! Thanks. <s>
