My DD takes Grape seed extract in capsules I buy it at walmart in a bottle for 4 something anyway. I am assuming it is the same as Oregon Grape Seed and I am wanting to make sure it is before I buy the powder form at Mountain Rose to make my own capsules. Also I am wondering what size do you think are those capsules at the store. I have some somewhere? now that I think of it I know where they are in the linen closet with my herb box I havent opened in awhile. Anyways LOL She takes them for ADHD along with changing her diet and teaching her to control herself she is getting it under control. she just gets distracted real easy and has a hard time refocusing and this helps. I read it in a ADD Nutrition solution book and thought what the hey lets try it. I want to save some money and I feel we could do alot better buying it in bulk and then making our own. Is Mountain Rose a good place to buy I have read several of you mention it. Well things to do kids to get moving.
