Question about Lobelia tincture recipe...

Is Doc's recipe in the files using fresh or dried Lobelia? If it's

from fresh, can I use dried and still get the same results? Do I

use the same amount of Lobelia if it's dried, and do I have to use

100 proof vodka? I ask because I typically use lower proof for

tinctures made from dried herbs.
