Guest guest
I use this as a tea and drink it 2-3 times a day, started about a month ago. It came out of the files here, I think it was called " Nerve Food " or " Nerve Tea " or something similar. Within a couple of days of drinking this tea, I started sleeping much better at night, more deeply and not waking up so easily. My partner started saying how mellow I was getting ... over this past month, he says I'm not nearly as jumpy or " reactive " as I was before, and I feel much calmer inside. I don't feel my brain swirling around like a squirrel in a cage, and I am able to let go of stressful thinking very fast now. My period was even easier - less cramping than usual, and absolutely no PMS that I noticed (no crankiness, homicidal tendencies, headaches, whatever.) But I had to reduce the cayenne :-) In tea form, that much cayenne was so hot I couldn't drink it... I put all the herbs into a quart jar (1 teaspoon cayenne, with maybe 1/4 cup each of all the others) and then use it a tea-ball at a time with a teaspoon of raw honey. It's quite nice. herbal remedies , MorningGlory113@a... wrote: > > > > does anyone know where I could find Dr. Christopher's recipe for the > > Relax-Eze? > > > Relax-Eze > > > > 1 part Black cohosh > 1 part cayenne > 1 part hops flowers > 1 part Lady's slipper root > 1 part Lobelia > 1 part Skullcap > 1 part Valerian > 1 part Wood betony > 1 part Mistletoe > Take 15-30 drops of tincture three times per day, taken with a glass of > celery juice or distilled water. > > Gloria

Guest guest
The only thing His ingredients doesn't have the Lady's sliper root but has all the others.. I took the recipe I posted for Relax-Eze right from the formula in Dr. Christopher's book, but maybe the company has since changed it. Guest guest
Thanks Gloria, I just ordered some of Dr. Christophers Relax-Eze to try it out.. I have a lot of Tention in neck and at base of skull and in shoulders.. I read that this would really help with this.. So if it helps me I will make it myself.. The only thing His ingredients doesn't have the Lady's sliper root but has all the others.. Guest guest
This sounds really nice.. It would be great if it works on me as it does on you.. I will have to try it out in the tea also. I love to drink herbal teas, they are wonderful.. Maybe I should give some of this to my dh cuz he goes through a lot of sleepless nights and moodiness.. Thank you for sharing this with me.. Guest guest
Yes that is very possible, they are always changing something.. I had ordered His Intestinal cleanse #1 and #2 and when I received my order the ingredients had been changed or shall I say they had removed two ingredients from the #2 formula.. Guest guest
I make my tea (and tincture) without the lady slipper root right now - I could not find it locally, and online it was too pricy for my budget. I will try the LS root some other time, to see how it adds to the overall effects. herbal remedies , " Eibhlin " <eibhlinyah> wrote: > > > The only thing His ingredients doesn't have the Lady's sliper root > but has all the others.. > Eibhlin
