Viable-herbal.com is just selling some products. Many are there including original Ayurveda people from Kerala,India. But the question is different. You can eat Gooseberry/Orange/Apple to get vitamin C. Eat greenpeas to get proteins. Eat Apple/pomegranate to get iron and many vitamins.Eat leafy green vegetables and carrots to get Vitamin A and E. Eat bran of Wheat/ Rice to get vitamin B. Better avoid supplements sold by companies Joseph MathewFederal Law requires that we warn you of the following: 1. Natural methods can sometimes backfire. 2. Guest guest
I'm not Lou, BUT I can add .03 here. I think it's an individual preference. Then there's the 150 rule. <think that's it> Most herb/vitamin/supplement doses are made for the average Joe of 150 lbs weight. I weigh more than that <blush> so if it says to take two, I take three. Herbs, they are kind of different. I just keep upping the tincture until I get the results I seek.
