Gah lol my 9month old restarted my computer just as i finished replying

so here goes again lol..

 

I bought some of Mullien yesterday. I wasnt sure how to prepare but i

took a guess. I boiled 2tbsp in 8oz water. then steeped covered for 15

mins. Poured it over a cloth in a bowl and wrapped the mullien inside

and squezzed. and applied the warm tea cloth to the area for 30 mins.

Later I took a bath and added a 1/4 of the Mullien very messy to clean

up lol. Then later that night I applied another warm tea cloth to the

area for 30 mins. (this is gonna sound really sad. because i am a 30

year old women. but can you believe my mother never ever taught me

anything about my female body and all these years I thought we urinated

wear our clitorius is. I know funny isnt it. I just learned that

yesterday haha. )

 

Anyway. today I made a jar of the Mullien tea and squezzed all the tea

from the fibers and put the tea in a jar. I have been wetting cotton

balls in it and putting them on the area for 30 minutes then changing

them, so they are on all day. I havent noticed a change in the pain yet

accept when I first apply them. So hopefully in the next couple days.

 

 

I also was able to pick up all the stuff for the intestinal cleanse 2

except charcoal and pectin but I am going to mix the other stuff and

take it as he suggests but throught the day instead of fasting.
