Carole..You can freeze it. It will also keep in the fridge for about a week. I have not tried the jar method and am not an experienced canner so can not help you there. Have done plenty of cleanses and do have experience with how long it will keep in the fridge....Mary O

OK, thanks. And I DID get it to seal so that it “pops.”

Boy, it sure does taste terrific! And it really nourishes! It’s also

such a gorgeous color! J
