I guess there are differing opinions on just about everything in the way of food. Some people say eggs are good, others say they are bad. When I was strict macrobiotic, tomatoes were a no-no, and others say they are one of the best sources of antioxidants. I eat organic raw yogurt but others say all dairy is terrible. I would just make sure the eggs are organic from free-range chickens. If you feel fine eating them then indulge (in moderation, of course ;-) ). I think in most cases the pesticides, hormones and chemicals in the foods are more of a problem than the food itself.
