Guest guest
Mary or anybody, I just noticed that on the data sheet for Week 3 of the program (liver/gallbladder cleanse,) it says you should have been taking cayenne during the intestinal cleanse. But nowhere in the data for the intestinal cleanse does it say to take it cayenne. I’m on week 2. Should I be taking cayenne? Carole
Guest guest
Dear Carole, I went into the book and found the section your referring to. This sentence isn't as clear as I'd like it to be but basically you start cayanne on the 3 week cleanse. You did not have to use it during the intestinal cleanse parts 1 & 2. I hope this helps. Guest guest
Oh, good! Yeah, maybe you should make that clearer, because Lane and I looked at it and were sure it meant the person should have already been on the cayenne. Thanks for responding! Guest guest
Not that you HAD to use it, but it would help and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the other herbs used in Week 1 & 2. I have since corrected this outpoint in the Liver / Gallbladder instructions so that it now jives with the "Total Body Cleanse" instructions in the beginning of the book which is the main guide for anyone doing the program. ;-) One thing everyone should know about Cayenne is that it will help every other herb to work better because it dilates the entire cardiovascular system thus allowing nutrients to get to where they need to go much faster. Remember, we're not talking rocket science here so there was no screw up by adding it earlier in the progam. If anything, it helped a little. But, the crucial part of the program to use it in is Week 3 / the Liver / Gallbladder part of the cleanse. Hope this helps. Love, Doc PS. Thanks Carole. I appreciate it when students and clients point out these discrepencies as it gives me a chance to clean up the volumes and volumes I've written and to ensure they jive with each other. :-) Ian "Doc" Shillington N.D.727-447-5282Doc - Office Manager herbal remedies Friday, November 12, 2004 12:54 PM Re: Herbal Remedies - Question about Total Body Cleanse Dear Carole, I went into the book and found the section your referring to.
