Unhulled Millet

Hi! I’m just getting into sprouting and realize that grains should

only be consumed when sprouted. My favorite grain is millet, but Valorie Shillington’s

raw foods recipes book says unhulled millet is to be used for

sprouting. I can’t find unhulled millet. I live in Chicago. Does

anyone know where I could get it?

Go to Whole Foods market on North Ave., or the Vitamin Shoppe at

151st. and LaGrange Rd., (I live in Tinley Park.)

OK, I’ll call that Whole Foods. The one in Palatine doesn’t have unhulled. And – you have

a Vitamin Shoppe that sells grains? Wow! I’ll check it out. Thanks!
