Guest guest
I'm filling some " 00 " capsules with St. John's Wort and was wondering if anyone knows how many mg.'s they hold? My husband was talking 900 mg. a day of a store brand before and had really good results but I have been making them for a month or so with the " 00 " and giving Him 2 a day and He is not getting the same results as before.. could someone help me figure out what I'm doing wrong? He only takes it twice a day because of how He works. any info would be appreciated. Eibhlin

Guest guest
Hi Bonnie, thanks for the reply. If using St. Johns Wort in Tincture, how much should be taken to be effective? I've made a batch of St. Johns Wort Tincture a few weeks ago and have plenty.
