Question about siberian ginsing and st johns wort

Hi Elaina,

 

I've taken them together. Siberian Ginseng is a yang catalyst and will

both speed up and intensify the effect of St. John's Wort (which is

sweet, because not only is Wort a natural anti-depressant, but it also

helps with PMS and all of its symptoms and it's an anti-cancer agent

as well, among many other benefits.)
