First off, I have irritable bowel syndrome so it says I should skip the intestinal cleanse 1, but, I will do the Total Body Cleanse somewhere down the road when my hubby gets back to work and we have the money. He is on workers comp and i am still unemployed after workers comp because no one seems to want to hire a 54 year old woman who now has to do a sit down job and is only trained for jobs on my feet. Oh well, he should be good to go soon!!! Thanks for telling me where to find the information!!
Guest guest
Hi Cheryl, I lurk alot on this site and sometimes put in my 2 cents.... If you aren't able to do the cleanse right now, how about trying some nutritional fixes..... Can you eat vegan? Some think it is hard, but getting your protein from nuts and beans is a very good way to help your body cleanse from any toxins..... Just start eating fruits and veggies as natural as possible and some nuts ground up chunky with a little tahini and Stevia. Tahini is ground up sesame seeds you can get at any grocery store. It is usually in the oriental or jewish food section. Stevia is a plant derived sweetener that has NO SUCROSE or any ARTIFICIAL sweeteners like splenda(very bad) or aspartame(poison)....You can get Stevia at a health food store. The powder costs about 12.00 a bottle, but you use a pinch at a time. 1 bottle can last over a year. You want to starve the bad candida in your body so it will die. You have to have NO SUGAR OR HONEY. In the begginning you may feel tired and crave sugar, this means it is working.... After a week or 2 you should feel better. After 30 days, you can start reintroducing foods 1 at a time. If you notice and bowel discomfort, your body is telling you that food is no good for you. The reason I would stay away from animal protein is that it is loaded with hormones and antibiotics that farmers use to make meat more profitable. These added things can feed candida. CANDIDA can cause CFS and many other immune illnesses. There is info called The Fungus Link describing this.... If you can go vegan and whole foods only for 1 month I can hope that you will feel great and I hope that you will heal from CFS and from irritable bowel... I did the total body cleanse and it helped my MS go into remission. I have now been vegan for 6 weeks... I feel great! I eat nuts and beans and get alot of protein that way... Next month, I will start reintroducing chicken and eggs... I love chicken soup and I love eggs. If that agrees with me, I will be happy to not eat steak and pork... I never really liked those anyway. If you want, I can post some of my vegan recipes... I am not a great cook and I am busy to gourmet, but even my family likes these recipes and asks for more... I didn't make the recipes, I found them on vegan websites... ===== Love and Laughter, Theresa M. Hook hooked_on_travel Check out the new Front Page. www.
