Many MANY people have problems with splenda. DH had

horrible digestive issues with splenda. Removing it

from the house solved his issue almost overnight.

We tossed, we gaveaway and we read all labels now. He

thought he was near death's door after a couple of

weeks of using it.

splenda is supposedly safe. what it is is chlorinated sugar. dh and i found

the specs on it when it first came out. they claim that it doesnt break down

in your body and release the chlorine (a deadly toxin) but studies have found

that it breaks down 19-40%. these are official studies. dh and i figured out

what it would become (he is great at chemistry) and not only would you get

chlorine gas in your system, but hydrochloric acid and worse. trust me there

is a reason that chlorine is deadly. not friendly at all to your system. also

the specs for handling the stuff require serious protective gear and immediate

washing should any touch your skin. hmm, sounds safe to me. not at all an

improvement to the deadly sacchrine and asperatime.

Thank you earthfinds and ramona for your feedback on splenda.

Although I dont use it and try to not use any sweetners of any kind,

I do have a coworker who uses Splenda religiously. I will pass your

info on to him! I'm still battling the diahhrea which is driving me

absolutely nuts! Hopefully, time is all it will take for it to stop.

Thanks again!
