Guest guest
I love Sushi. Actually those meals sound very good! I am excited to get started on this. It sounds like it's going to be a lot of fun. Coincidentally I went in to work today to tell my boss why I " m going to be taking some time off work for the cleanse - and I found out he's just started a cleanse too!! Lucky me! Thanks for the help, y'all... I will save all the recipies! Lane herbal remedies , " Sharyn Cerniglia " <sharyn.cerniglia@v...> wrote: > Well, I wasn't much of a meat-eater to begin with. Guest guest
Here's last night's dinner....I told you it would be cooked since we were eating out. I had a big salad to start, then poached salmon over a plate of almost raw veggies. I got a double side order of veggies instead of veggies and rice or potatoes and asked them to cook the veggies as little as possible. The salmon, of course, was cooked, but even it was rare in the center. It was scrumptious and I ate every bite! Sharyn LanePoems [goldenpoems] Actually those meals sound very good! Guest guest
That sounds great -- I love salmon. I have also heard from a friend of mine that Omega 3 EFA's are very good for your kidneys, and they are plentiful in salmon. Guest guest
Yep. I'm just trying to make the point that you have lots of choices, even if you cut out the traditional SAD American diet.
