Dear Flo,

You are to be highly commended for setting an excellent

example as wife and mother – one who goes many extra miles to avoid life’s

various pollutions and corruptions and create health, sanity, and beauty for

her family. I applaud you!! And I’m going to save your words

to show to others.

I love this group! It’s so refreshing to hear every

day from people who “get it!”

All the best,

Carole Eddington

Now this is the

reason I raise all our own food. And it is HARD work. I just really want to

scream when people say " don't you want to do something " like being a

stay at home mom, homeschool teacher and farmer isn't Doing SOMEthing! Ugh!

the second

reason is my husband will not give up milk. No how - no way. The big bonus

is both ds and myself have always been allergic to poison ivy, but no more. The

goats eat it, we drink their milk and wonder of wonders, no allergic reaction,

and four years ago we would get rash on top of rash.

And

productive work does children good. The silly things think it is fun to

rake up goat berries in a pile cause they are sweeping the ground and it is so

pretty under the leaves and berries!
