Hanging in here SYLVIA / Ok,,,i started

I guess things difer from cleanse to cleanse even for the same

person. We felt some discomfort during our first cleanse, but we

were mostly hungry LOL

 

This time is very different. Today is day 3 for us both and we feel

like " wet bread " aches, pains, dizzy, listless. I have not had any

appetite either which is really REALLY weird. I had to encapsulate

some Totoal nutrition just so i could get something into my belly

because the thought of eating right now makes me wretch.

 

I guess this is a good thing though and i am hoping that this second

cleanse will be more benficial than the first one we did. We are

even talking about doing a third cleanse right after thanksgiving

which would almost make them back-to-back...but we'll see if that

happens LOL
