Walking Pneumonia

Hi there--! My beleagured friend (we're going to the doctor next week

over his stomach, which won't stop hurting still) has developed walking

pneumonia. He has asthma, and it's pretty common for him to get

pneumonia when he gets sick (which he did, two weeks ago, with a

mild/moderate flu).

He tells me that when the doctor gives him a round of antibiotics and a

strong expectorant (usually with codiene, since all the coughing hurts),

it goes away.

Is there a natural remedy I can try instead? The tricky parts are a) it

can't be too harsh on the stomach and b) must be alcohol-free.

Thanks as always!

In my experience, Onion poultice on the chest will help to draw out the

toxins from the lungs
