Guest guest
I'm confused about whether to measure herbs for Dr.Christopher's nerve food tea by volume (standard kitchen measuring cup) or by weight (with the scale.) The instructions I found say to " put equal amounts of the herbs " together. Would that be 1 ounce each by volume? or 1 ounce each by weight? It makes a big difference when you compare black cohosh (heavy) and hops (light.) Thanks for help.

Guest guest
I would use volume, rather than weight. But someone correct me if I'm wrong, please! Guest guest
As far as I understand from Dr. C is that generally parts are by weight (scale), but you can do them by parts of volume too even though it would be different. (This is from what I have read and discussed with other students from the SNH Marisa Domestic Engineer and Mother of 2 God put Adam and Eve in a Garden NOT a Pharmacy! Guest guest
Hmm, you both contradicted each other. Does this mean that no one knows for sure? It really does make a difference in the outcome of the tea ... herbal remedies , " Corless Family " <corless@s...> wrote: > As far as I understand from Dr. C is that generally parts are by weight > (scale), but you can do them by parts of volume too even though it would be > different. Guest guest
I have often wondered the same thing- I have read both about parts. I know Dr. C talked about parts by weight but have read you can do a handful a tsp or whatever too.
