Guest guest
Yeah Mary, i know it's part of the healing process, and that is the one thing that will help me get through it this tiem with less stress, it just feels yucky. Hubby started smoking again earlier this year and is quitting again, so we may do 2 cleanses (back to back). I just want a few days off in between for thanksgiving. I have been totally looking forward to the cleanse for over 2 months now and tried to plan alot more than i did last time so it could be more enjoyable. We did alot of organizing in the kitchen and around the house to make things more condusive to " clean " and my dehydrator and sprouters have been going non-stop for the last week! Guest guest
Hi, I thought I'd chime in here too... During my last cleanse I was sick and I mean sick...102 fever, chills, aches all the flu-like symptoms...for 20 days of the 24 day cleanse!!! Man did I feel awful but afterwards I felt great and continue to slowly progress. After the holiday gauntlet is over I plan on doing another one.
