Guest guest
Gee, some candles come with instructions, I also bought a book on it from my local health food store – the last or only one they had. I wouldn’t venture to explain it, because you have to be very precise and careful with it, because 1) it can be dangerous (you don’t want to burn yourself or your hair), and 2) there can be very bad germs that you’re removing from the ear that must be disposed of carefully. BUT it’s easy, you just can’t do it yourself. Someone has to do it for you. OR you can go to someone who does it professionally. Anyway, I’d have to study up on it myself again and then type it all up. It’s better if you find the info on the Net or from a bookstore or health food store or, as I said, find someone who does it professionally. Wow, I just looked at the literature I have on it, and not one address or even company name is listed. Weird! Good luck! And let us know if you find a good website or something. I have two beeswax ear candles but they're just sitting there because I don't know how to use them. And for anyone interested -- anyone who has ear or sinus problems -- I bought them at Arrowroot Natural Pharmacy (homeopathics, herbal teas/tinctures, supplements, etc.) -- and was amazed at how inexpensive they were. I have no financial interest in Arrowroot -- they happen to be just down the street from me -- but they do mail order. Just google them. Guest guest
We do this in our home often. My partner does his own without my help, but I prefer to have him candle my ears so I can just relax. Which I think enhances the process.. This site has some brief instructions that are simple but easy to follow. And a photo. http://www.arden.net/earcandle/ > > > Anyway, I'd have to study up on it myself again and then type it all up. > It's better if you find the info on the Net or from a bookstore or health > food store or, as I said, find someone who does it professionally. > > > > Wow, I just looked at the literature I have on it, and not one address or > even company name is listed.
