Gina...Personally , I would not take these products . The adrenals in them come from cows ! This makes no sense to me . Also it does not handle the source as to why the adrenals are exausted . A full body cleanse is what you need to do .You can start with the basics like Total Nutrition . Panther Piss , Vit E , sprouting , etc , if you have not already. There are also some herbs that are an aid to the adrenals . Namely ,mullien , lobelia ,Siberian ginseng , hawthorne berries , cayenne and ginger .But it is best to do a complete program that takes care of the source of your problem and the consequences (within the body) of it.

If you do not have Doc's tape , you should get it , then you can consult with him. I hope this helps Gina.....Mary O

Herbal Remedies - Herbal Remedies -ADRENALS

Hello Everyone,

Need alittle help here...........for burned out adrenals

there seems to be so many natural products offered.

But what would be better to take, the product that says

adrenal cortex or whole adrenal glandulars? Most products

say adrenal cortex, while there are only 1 or 2 that say

"whole" adrenal glandulars. Any suggestions?

Has anyone tried anything that really helped?

Thank you!
